To the Honourable President and members of the Senate in Parliament assembled: The petition of the undersigned acknowledges the failure of the Labor party to provide stable and competent government in Australia.

Your petitioners ask that the Senate call on the Prime Minister to hold a general election so that the people, and not the feuding individuals of the Labor Party, may decide who governs our country.
